Amendment 1 Posted 12/12/2025 The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial/custodial services as defined in the PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period beginning 1 January 2026 (or subsequent date) and four (4) 12-month option periods with an option to extend services for up to six (6) months.
