Work includes replacement of all shingles on the north side of Building 14. Existing shingle manufacture and color of shingles are unknown however; the contractor shall attempt to match new shingles to the existing shingles as close as possible and in accordance with the contract documents. Period of Performance for this work is 60 Calendar Days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP), including all lead times on equipment and materials. This is a Sources Sought Notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted.
