Circuit Breaker Racking System Parts This acquisition will be solicited as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability and submit quotes prior to offer due date. Offers are due Friday, June 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract in accordance with RFO Part 12 in response to quotes/proposals received in response to this solicitation. A firm fixed price contract places the maximum risk and full responsibility for all costs and resulting profit or loss on the contractor, offerors are advised to consider these risks when pricing their quotes/proposals. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
