A SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION WILL BE POSTED AT A LATER DATE WHICH WILL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS TO RESPOND TO THIS OPPORTUNITY . The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Install Generator , at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Bastrop), located in Bastrop, Texas . FCI Bastrop is a federally owned facility located at 1341 Highway 95 North, Bastrop, TX, 78602 . The project consists of the following: The intent of this project is to replace the existing 750 KW Generator, load bank, and 3-way Main Switchgear and install one (1) new 2000 KW Diesel Generator and Switchgear system. FCI Bastrop is a United Stated federal prison for male inmates. See the Statement of Work/Specifications attachments for the complete requirements of the work. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238210 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 million . To be considered an interested vendor, you must possess this NAICS code in your www.sam.gov registration. Interested bidders must be registered in www.sam.gov.
