This is a non-personal services contract to provide refuse and recycling services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at IA058 (MS) Army Reserve located at at IA009 Army Reserve located at 3340 N. Division Street Davenport,, IA 52806, IA014 10685 Jet Center Drive Dubuque, IA 52003, IA047 AMSA #28 5502 Nordic Drive Cedar Falls, IA 50613. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period beginning 1 March 2026 (or subsequent date) and four(4) 12-month option periods as defined in the contract with an option to extend services for up to six (6) months.
