The facility must accommodate at least 55 gallons of waste per day. 4) Access: The building must have a roll-up door, garage-style doors, or double doors with a double-swinging feature. The entrance must allow a large pushcart or dolly to pass through without the user manually holding the door open. 5) Parking: Must allow for parking directly outside the door or within 100 feet of the door, with a hard surface connecting the parking area to the entrance. 6) Plumbing: Drainpipes within the space must be compatible with a 1.5 horsepower garbage disposal.
