WHAT : Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Small Business Vendor Day & Matchmaking Event LOCATION : FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) for Advanced Aerospace, (next to Atlantic City International Airport), Atlantic City, New Jersey. WHEN : Wednesday, July 8th, 2026, from 8:00 am to 1:45 pm PURPOSE : The purpose of this vendor day is to provide outreach to small businesses with targeted networking in mind, as the day will feature strategic one-on-one connections, general networking, and FAA acquisitions and procurement information. The speaking Agenda in the Auditorium will feature information about WJHTC technical NAS engineering programs, Laboratory Services, Acquisitions & Business Services, and Agency programs. The matchmaking portion of the event will provide small businesses with the opportunity to identify potential business partners, customers and collaborators while engaging in an environment where industry may interact directly with FAA program officials and procurement decision makers. VENDOR DAY DRAFT AGENDA : The day will commence with speakers from 8:00 AM until 9:30 AM, followed by matchmaking, and will conclude with various Breakout Sessions. The speaking Agenda in the Auditorium will feature information about technical NAS engineering programs, Acquisitions & Business Services, and Agency programs. ** Please note – The event Agenda, organizational participation in Matchmaking, and Breakout Session topics are still in the planning stages and are subject to change.
