When: A general session with Government presentation followed by Questions and Answers in an open format will be held on 18 August 2026, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am EST. 1-on-1 meetings will take place after the general session on the same day. Due to the condensed time frame, each of these 1-on-1 meetings will be up to 30 minutes, to allow enough time to meet with all contractors. Depending on the number of 1-on-1 meeting requests, the 1-on-1s may also be scheduled 19-20 August 2026.Where: Industry day General Session and 1-on-1s will be held virtually via MS Teams. This standard set of questions will be used to guide the 1-on-1 meeting interactions for those companies who have requested 1-on-1 meetings with the government. Please also include whether or not you would like to schedule a 1-on-1 meeting. Companies are limited to 5 attendees, for both the industry day and 1-on-1s. The 5 attendees are the total between Primes, Joint Ventures, and Subcontractors representing your firm. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your attendance with the MS Teams meeting link for the Industry Day and one for the 1-on-1 scheduled meeting time, if applicable.
