Repair of the B-1B AN/ALQ-161A Enhanced Pre-Processor Avionics Control Unit (PACU) Replacement Computer (EPRC) Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), hereby issues Solicitation FA852226R0009 for the repair of the Enhanced Pre-Processor Avionics Control Unit (PACU) Replacement Computer (EPRC) Line Replaceable Unit (LRU). This requirement encompasses both the legacy configuration (NSN: 5865-01-562-6911, Part Number 293A770-1) and the DSU upgraded configuration (NSN: 5865-01-708-9287, Part Number 353A100-1), which are critical computing components of the AN/ALQ-161A Electronic Warfare (EW) defensive avionics suite on the B-1B aircraft. This system detects, identifies, and applies radio frequency (RF) jamming to counter radar threats in various frequency ranges, displaying priority threat signals and situational awareness to the aircrew. FAR Part 15 Procedures will be utilized to execute this acquisition.
