Palm Avenue which is a one-story office building with approximately 4,000 square feet of work area - 614 N. Palm Avenue which is a maintenance shop which contains an office and one bathroom totaling 160 square feet requiring cleaning services – Per PWS 5.2 Garbage Dumpsters are located at three locations 602 North Palm Avenue, 700 North Palm Avenue and 201 Buckman Lock Road. The general scope appears to indicate weekly refuse and recycling service, while Section 5.2.2 and the Deliverables Schedule indicate monthly recycling. Can you please confirm that refuse service is weekly and recycling service is monthly? Currently it is weekly refuse service at the office and shop locations (602 & 614 N. Palm Ave), and monthly recycling at the Buckman Lock Rd location. Section 5.1.1 states that cleaning will take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while other parts of the PWS refer to “daily cleaning.” Can you please confirm that the cleaning duties are required three days per week? Yes, cleaning duties are only required three days per week: 5.1.1 Cleaning services will be performed three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday before 7:00 am and/or after 4:30 pm. Can the Project Manager and Quality Control Officer roles be performed by the same qualified person, or are two separate individuals required? ?
