Responses are expected to remain solely UNCLASSIFIED. Please ensure NO CLASSIFIED data is provided with the response. MARKET SURVEY: The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) is conducting a market survey for a market research event to identify mature, high Technology Readiness Level (TRL 7-9) solutions for water generation, purification and recycling at the point of need. Water shall support drinking, personal hygiene, and field feeding for individual to medium force size units (up to 150 people). Technologies should focus on dismounted Soldiers operating in the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) with the 25th Infantry Division. Focus is given to lightweight, effective, and sustainable water systems that reduce logistical dependency on bulk water resupply. Any proposed technology can address a single or combination of the characteristics listed below: • Point-of-Need: Providing water directly at the location where required. Technology can be stationary, man-portable, or vehicle mounted operating on the move. • High Technology Maturity: TRL 7-9. • Multi-Source Purification: Capable of producing potable water that meets TB MED 577 standards from a variety of sources (e.g., fresh water, brackish water, atmospheric). Effectively treats heavily polluted water typical of underdeveloped regions. • Logistically Sustainable: Requires minimal consumables, has extended service intervals, and operates with low power requirements compatible with existing power generation capabilities. • Ruggedized: Designed to operate reliably in INDOPACOM; specifically high heat, humidity, and salinity. • Water Catchment and Harvesting: Collection systems (tents, tarps, customized catchments) designed to capture and route clean rainwater directly into storage/purification units. • Tactical Water Quality Testing: Non-electronic, low-power testing kits, or inline sensors capable of identifying chemical, biological, and/or radiological contaminants (e.g., E. coli, heavy metal…
