The Strategic Systems Programs has issued a contract with Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs, 5636 E. McDowell Rd, Phoeniz AZ 85008-3455, to provide for technical services and support for the receipt, handling, and storage of large rocket motors at Camp Navajo, Bellemont AZ in acordance with the approved J&A. This is a sole source procurement that wsa negotiated and issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1).
