Tactics for deescalation of situations in both the professional /corrections law enforcement environment as well as the personal environment Importance of meaningful connection with other people and how to recover from traumatic events. Impact of childhood trauma on the way people behave and how these traumas manifest in the institution population and in the staff Mental Health status check and evaluation activity Staff crisis management training Leadership in correctional environment and application of correctional technical skills Interactive and hands-on practice applications and scenarios Vendor with prior Military/Law Enforcement training experience
