USPFO CT Purchasing and Contracting awarded a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The requirement was for UConn Athletics Marketing to support the CT Air National Guard Recruiting and Retention program. Learfield Communications LLC is the only known source capable of satisfying this requirement because they have the sole right to advertise for UConn sporting events and through their digital platform.
