However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by July 6, 2026 at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE BRAINLAB in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned. Firms that believe they can fully meet the Government s requirement must submit a written response that includes all documentation necessary to demonstrate authorized capability. At a minimum, responses must include: Proof of OEM status or OEM authorization (e.g., OEM letter, distributor/partner authorization, certification). A simple email stating capability is insufficient and will not be accepted. Technical documentation demonstrating the ability to supply, service, or support the exact requirement as described.
