SOR has been updated to reflect minor changes.** This requirement outlines the full replacement of the Munitions Storage Area (MSA) vehicle gate at Joint Base Langley‑Eustis, including demolition of the existing gate, installation of a new 7‑ft cantilever slide gate with 9‑gauge steel fabric, a HySecurity HD30 operator with battery backup, integration of existing keypads, UL‑325 safety devices, in‑ground loops, grounding, and all required physical security, explosives safety, and warranty/SLA standards. The with‑bollards version adds one additional task: removing the old bollards and installing new protective bollards at the relocated gooseneck pedestal. The without‑bollards version is identical in every other respect but excludes all bollard work.
