Description of Requirements for SPARK Plasma Sintering System (Model SPS2000) The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Environmental Laboratory (EL) is recognized worldwide as the problem solver in environmental science and engineering research for US Army, the Department of Defense, and the Nation.
