The second site for the service unit is located at Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) Highway 98 & Navajo Route 16 Shonto, AZ. The scope of work encompasses the physical delivery and installation of the equipment, system integration with existing facility networks (PACS/DICOM), comprehensive commissioning to ensure clinical readiness, and dedicated post-installation training and technical support for healthcare personnel. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 6525-Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental and Veterinary with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees.
