Therefore, a Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation from a single source, will be issued to CHARTER COMMUNICATION OPERATING LLC. to provide equipment, support, connectivity for commercial internet and cable services on the Islands of Hawai'i, Maui, and Oahu for the Hawaii Air National Guard (HIANG). The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517111, Wired Telecommunication Carriers , with a size standard in number of employees 1,500.
