Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Logistics Center is conducting this Market Survey to identify capable sources for Generator Maintenance Services in support of the United States Forest Service (USFS). NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE . All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Specialist identified below. This Market Survey is issued solely for information and planning purposes and is not a Screening Information Request (SIR), Request for Proposal (RFP), or commitment by the Government. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time and will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting responses. The FAA seeks statements of interest, capabilities, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates from vendors capable of performing the services described in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Industry feedback regarding the Government's approach is encouraged. Responses will be used to assess market capability and determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, including the potential for small business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or SBA 8(a) set-asides. NAICS Code: 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Generator Maintenance Services) If applicable, respondents shall provide a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter. Submission Requirements: Interested vendors shall provide the following: Capability Statement, including: Experience servicing the generator brands identified in the draft SOW. Relevant contracts and past performance, including contract values, quantities, and customer references. Previous Government contracts involving similar generator maintenance services. Number of years in business. Confirmation of the ability to service all generator types identified in the requirements. Confirmation of the ability to support any or all locations identified in the requirements. Description of the proposed execution approach (e.g., in-house performance, teaming arrangements, subcontracting), including the ability to perform services in accordance with OEM requirements. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) or budgetary estimate for the services described in the draft SOW.
