Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Custodial Services at Army Reserve Facility TX189 Lewisville located at 1860 Summit Avenue, Lewisville, TX; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 20 September 2025 to 31 July 2030, which includes one (1) 10.5-month base year with four (4) 12-month option years and a six (6) month option to extend services.
