As noted in the attachment: Straight red lines indicate wire mesh panels to act as wall partitions (measurements are denoted in the attachment of the SOW). Circles denote existing doorways that need to be covered with a mesh panel and have the door measurements specified in the SOW. The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to: 1. Formally Amend the Statement of Work (SOW): To incorporate acceptable "or equal" alternatives, the Statement of Work is amended, dated June 8, 2026.
