The purpose of this service contract is to provide commercial recycle collection, trasportation, and management. The contractor shall provide all personnel equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform recycle collection services. The contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Attachment A of the PWS.
