Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Custodial Services at TX187 - Amarillo AFRC 4511 NE 24th Ave Amarillo, TX 79107; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 20 September 2025 (or subsequent date) to 31 July 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
