Leya/Betty Norris, 2242This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is toannounce Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic?s (NIWC Atlantic) intent to award sole source FirmFixed-Price (FFP) supply contracts to RF Products, Inc. (Cage: 58022), a small business, located at 1500 Davis Street, Camden, NJ 08103-3003. The new requirement will support FY26-FY31 efforts for Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) Antenna Couplers, Control Power Supplies (CPS), ancillary equipment, and incidental repair services for continued support on various Naval and Coast Guard platforms. RF Products will be responsible for providing new couplers and CPSs for new construction ships used by the US Navy, USCG and MSC.This requirement shall consist of additional OA-9277A UHF Couplers and CPSs through the period of performance end date of July 2031. This equipment is presently fielded on US Coast Guard, and US Navy ships so this procurement will ensure the approved configuration is maintained on future hulls. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the business size standard is 1,250 employees. The applicable Federal Supply Code is 5985, Antennas, Waveguides, and Related Equipment. The Government intends to negotiate this solely with RF Products, Inc. under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and or no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR Subpart 6.103-1(b)).Please be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding.This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source believing that itcan fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.Capability statements, comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mailONLY to Betty Norris at elizabeth.a.norris4.civ@us.navy.mil. All written responses received withinfifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based uponresponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
