The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division has a requirement for Fuel Injection Nozzle Overhaul services from Williams Diesel Service, Inc. This will be fullfilled on a Sole Source basis from Williams Diesel Service, Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotitate with only one source under authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901.
