The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to UltraSlim HD Nasolaryngoscope from Pentax Medical at the Durham VA Medical Center in Durham, NC. The required equipment is used specifically in support of Radiation Oncology operations at Durham VA Health Care System (DURHCS). The period of performance will commence upon receipt of the required items and will continue for the duration of the base period as outlined in the forthcoming award documentation. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting from a single source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted.
