The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 (11 June 2025), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 17 January 2025, and Service Contract Act Wage Determination #2015-5693, Revision #23.The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Guam, Purchasing and Contracting Division, seeks to enter into a Single Award Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Equipment Calibration and Repair Services in support of GUARNG Medical Detachment (MEDDET) within the Territory of Guam. The total of the BPA Calls (individual orders for services) placed against each master BPA shall not exceed $250,000.00. The maximum limit for any individual BPA Call shall not exceed $25,000.00. There is no guaranteed minimum. A BPA is an agreement, not a contract or purchase order. It is like a charge account that sets forth terms and conditions prior to an actual purchase. The Government is not obligated to purchase any definite amount under this BPA. If need arises, an authorized representative of the Government may issue an order following the procedures outlined in the BPA.
