The purpose of this amendment is to revise the technical specifications under Part II, Schedule of Supplies CLIN 0005. Remove "Mueller clip take-outs" and replace with KCL (Kooter) connectors. All other terms, conditions, specifications, and the quotation due date remain unchanged.
