The proposed acquisition is for the refurbishment of two (2) RSM's and includes replacing the HD HV/AC units, repairing or replacing doors and door components, and repainting the exterior of the magazines. The resultant purchase order will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and contains the following period of performance: On or before 24 weeks of contract award The sole source justification is as follows: As the OEM, ARMAG's original manufacturing and repair processes are designed and certified to meet this complex matrix of requirements. They possess the proprietary engineering data, material specifications, and fabrication techniques necessary to guarantee that the refurbished units will meet these exacting standards.
