Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and all certified personnel necessary to perform professional asbestos mitigation, surface decontamination, and floor encapsulation in two specified rooms. Amendment 0001 is being psoted to extend the due date of quotes while the government works to answer questions from vendors.
