The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), on behalf of the F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office (PMA-265), is conducting market research to identify potential sources who have the skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge required to successfully support a Life of Type Buy (LoTB) of obsolete electronic components for the Distributed Targeting Processor-Networked (DTP-N). The DTP-N is a mission computer that provides the high-performance computing and video processing required for the advanced mission capabilities of the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft. It achieves this by utilizing a dual-redundant High Speed Data Network (HSDN) and two single High Speed Video Network (HSVN) interfaces—including a dedicated Graphics Output Interface—to facilitate the transfer of video, imagery, graphics, and sensor data between the DTP-N and other avionics systems.
