I) DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has issued Solicitation W15QKN-26-Q-0006 as an invitation for a Request for Quotation (RFQ), in support of the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC), to procure multiple Role Players to participate in the Precision Exportable Launched Effect (PELE) Strike exercise in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 0001), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) A001 (Attachment 0002), and the DD254 (Attachment 0003). The number of Role Players required, location, and period of performance (PoP) is as follows: PELE Strike – Schofield Barracks, HI: 34 Role Players required, 11 July 2026 – 24 July 2026 (Note: The PoP for CDRL A001 is from the day after award through 10 July 2026) This action is a 100% Small-Business Set-Aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services; Size Standard $19.5M. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government intends to make an award to the Contractor who submits the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote and is deemed responsive and responsible by the Contracting Officer. Offerors shall meet all requirements as specified in this Solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to make no award under this Solicitation.
