The contractor shall provide hotel and conference space accommodation for up to 22 individuals for 3 days/2 nights. On-site catering and conference space shall be provided. RFQ Response Deadline: 05 August 2026 12:00 PM PDT. Revisions received after the solicitation close date/time will not be accepted unless requested by the CO. Submission Method: Offers must be submitted electronically via email to both Point of Contacts. Questions: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted to the both Point of Contacts no later than 24 July 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. Any inquiry submitted past this deadline will not be accepted.
