To participate, register on the site by selecting “Register to Offer Space” and follow the instructions provided. The Open Period runs from the 1st through the 7th of each month, ending at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time unless otherwise stated by the Government and unless the 7th falls on a weekend or Federal Holiday.
