The Government intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order that meets the specifications outlined below. The proposed contract action is for OEM Cornell-Carr Co Inc commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit as an intent to sole source. Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
