Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement Syngo MRI Hardware Upgrade The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, located at 260 E. University Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45219-2356, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price award to one large business, Siemens Med Solutions USA, Inc. The contract will be used as a procurement vehicle to acquire hardware and support services required to upgrade the Syngo MRI System currently used at the VISN 10, Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CVAMC) located at 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220-2213. This upgrade will provide hardware and services required to successfully implement existing software within the facility. The OEM Healthineers are the only contractors who can provide the trade information about the system and are the only ones qualified to provide and perform the upgrade.
