This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FY263342024 and is being issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-03 March 13, 2026. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $19.0 million. The Government is seeking quotes to provide HVAC services. The project is located at the United States International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) Presidio Field Office 110 S. DOD Ave. Presidio TX, 79845-0848. SITE VISIT: Presidio, Tx is a remote community on the Texas/Mexico border. Contractors are encouraged to conduct a site visit. Award may be awarded without discussion, but the Government reserves the right to negotiation of a fair and reasonable price.
