SCOPE OR MISSION: The vendor will provide the specified plumbing components, including an actuator and associated fittings. The scope of services includes procurement and delivery of the listed components. BACKGROUND: The NWFSC provides scientific and technical support to NOAA Fisheries for the management and conservation of the Northwest Region’s marine and anadromous fish and their habitats. The NWFSC’s Manchester Research Station operates a seawater supply system that is used to raise marine fish for aquaculture research in support of NOAA science and research goals.
