Need: The core of this requirement is for extended warranties to ensure the continuous operational readiness and lifecycle sustainment of the Government's three (3) high-fidelity North American Rescue (NAR-S) Airframe Simulators (two H-60, one CV-22). The warranty service must provide all necessary personnel, expertise, and materials to maintain the simulators at their original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, the following functions: Diagnose and Troubleshoot: The service must be capable of remotely and, if necessary, on-site diagnosing any reported system malfunction to identify the root cause of failure. Repair and Restore: The service must perform all necessary repairs to restore any failed or degraded component to full functionality. This includes the repair or replacement of all electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems integral to the simulators. Provide Technical Support: The service must provide on-demand technical support via phone, email, or virtual means to assist Government personnel with operational questions, software/firmware guidance, and initial troubleshooting.
