The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, chemicals, supplies, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform trailer tank purging services as defined in this PWS. The period of performance shall be for 9 JUL 2026 to 12 JUL 2026.
