**********AMENDMENT Site Visit: An optional site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. HST at the FEMA Region IX Pacific Area Office, 546 Bonney Loop, Building 520, Fort Shafter, Honolulu, HI 96819. Offerers planning to attend shall submit a list of attendees to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 12:00 p.m. HST on Monday, September 7, 2026. The attendee list shall include each attendee's full name, company name, email address, and phone number. Offerers are responsible for obtaining required Fort Shafter access prior to the site visit and must comply with all U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii visitor access requirements. Visitors must bring valid, original, REAL ID Act-compliant identification. Drivers must have a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, current safety inspection, valid vehicle insurance, and rental agreement, if applicable. Personnel, vehicles, and personal property are subject to inspection by installation security. Offerers may ask site-specific questions during the site visit. Verbal responses provided during the site visit are for general informational purposes only and shall not modify or bind the Government.
