This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. ii. Solicitation FA487726QA119 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and additional written solicitation will not be issued. iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 March 2026.
