What's the expected number/frequency of Task Orders? Is there historical data on annual cargo volume? Are there guaranteed minimums or is it purely as-needed? Answer: Frequency is estimated at 3-6 evolutions per year, average 2-day events. Task Orders will be issued as needed. There is no historical data on cargo volume. As indicated in the solicitation, the proposed action is an Firm Fix Priced (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Requirement (IDR) IAW RFO FAR 16.503. There is no minimum guarantee. However, all orders must go to the contract awardee. Is this a firm-fixed-price per Task Order, or are there unit rates for labor/equipment? How do we handle surge requirements or overtime? Answer: FFP, per task order. The Quote submittal sheet will be used through the entirety of the contract.
