The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities in relation to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 621512 with a Size Standard $19.0 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Q999- Medical- Other Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) of the Department of Veterans Affairs on behalf of the VISN 2 of New York and New Jersey is seeking a contractor (s) to assist with teleradiology services. This is a request for Teleradiology services contract to be provided to mulitple medical centers in New York and New Jersey. Teleradiology will be supplied during ADMIN hours (Monday Friday, 8a 4:30pm, and/or WHEN hours due to the VA National Teleradiology Program not able to take on any more capacity, when VA staffing is inadequate for timely reading of images. The services are needed urgently to prevent diversion to local hospitals, as diversion negatively impacts clinical outcomes, patient safety and patient satisfaction and results in exorbitant costs to VA. Multiple medical centers as listed below have an immediate need for Teleradiology Services with a base year plus four option years for Radiologists.
