Foley Federal Courthouse, 445 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207. The 3rd floor common area wall plaster and door patch and paint project at the James T. Foley Federal Courthouse, 445 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207, includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to make necessary improvements to the federal facility to meet the requirements as per the construction documents and supporting documents. The project will require work performed in an occupied building without disruption to the operations of the tenants. This project is to repair damaged plaster throughout the 3rd floor common area. Approximately 2633SF, paint repaired plaster to match existing finish, and repaint all doors and door trim to match existing finish (approximately 42 doors). To support this project initiative, GSA requires a construction contractor to procure, supply, and furnish all materials and labor to implement the work set forth by the design documents, drawings and specifications.
