This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 and FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AFGSC is soliciting this notice as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) to Repair Natural Gas Phase 1 and Phase 2 located at Vance AFB, Enid, Oklahoma 73705. Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, material, and other items and services necessary for performing all operations required to repair all requirements listed in the attached Repair Natural Gas Specification. Bid Requirements: The Attached Bid Form PA, Bid Form PB and Bid Form Combine must be completed. Also include: • Technical Specifications: to include documentation outlining the technical details of the product or services being offered. This should include product specifications and compliance information. • Labor and Material Breakdown: Provide a detailed breakdown of all labor and material costs associated with the scope of work. Cost should be clearly itemized and aligned with the Bid Form pricing. • Qualifications and Experience: Include a statement of qualifications demonstrating their capability to perform the work. This may include relevant experience, certifications, references, and any other information supporting vendor competence. Bases for award will be Low Price/Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quote Validity: Quotes must remain valid for 180 days after the solicitation close date of August 25, 2026. This extended timeframe will provide the Government with the strongest opportunity to secure the necessary funding and ensure continuity in the procurement process.
