The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) emergency residential services at a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). Contractor shall provide emergency residential services at their licensed RCFE location to beneficiaries of VA Northern California Health Care System in accordance with the performance work statement.  The solicitation number for this RFQ is 36C26126Q0861.
