The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is conducting market research and is seeking written responses with information to assist the Government with identifying potential sources that are interested in, and capable of, Salary Survey Data Collection and Analysis. Tasks include salary survey identification and purchasing; analyzing employee data and survey findings; providing a cloud-based database for reformatting and entry of data and analysis; application of geographic differentials; and maintenance of a job architecture catalog.
