Maintenance/Repair and Installation of Electronic Access Control Systemsview on SAM.gov

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Further, offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Solicitation number FA875126Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The contractor on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis shall be responsible to provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, instruments, meters, gauges, test equipment, transportation, supervision, & other items and services necessary to perform maintenance, inspections, adjustments, calibration, repair or replacement, and new installation necessary to keep operational all installed Electronic Access Control Systems including additions or changes to the systems. Service includes repair service call labor, which could be the result of lightning strikes, vandalism, accident or normal malfunction on the equipment. Work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) ULDF 27-0428, dated 04 August 2026 (Attachment No. 1) at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Information & Spectrum Warfare Directorate – Rome Research Site and remote test sites at Stockbridge & Newport. The anticipated period of performance is 03 October 2026 through 02 October 2027 plus three (3) option years. If all options are exercised, performance would conclude 02 October 2030. The requirement also includes an additional six (6) months IAW FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services, which would extend the period of performance to 02 April 2031.
